What will you do?
  • Managing your large team of order packers, shift leads and delivery drivers
  • Ensure your store is running at maximum efficiency
  • Managing scheduling
  • Monitoring attendance
  • Payroll administration
  • You will work alongside your team; processing store deliveries, preparing our customers' purchases and handing them over to the delivery riders

What Are The Qualifications?
  • Must be 18 years or older with US work authorization
  • Bonus if you have experience in retail, hospitality, logistics or grocery management
  • Possess, maintain all required food and beverage handler certifications as required by state and local laws

What are the Requirements?
  • Ability to meet store operational goals
  • Ability to identify opportunities to improve performance and efficiency.
  • Must be able to work a flexible work schedule including nights and weekend
  • Ability to frequently move and transports items weighing up to 30 pounds
  • Ability to frequently position yourself to push, pull, and carry items for a short distance
  • Frequently ascends/descends a ladder or step stool to reach inventory for packing
