We are seeking an experienced Senior Product Manager to drive Alexa Shopping’s machine learning and AI products in the Customer Activity and Valuation (CAV) team, recommending Alexa Shopping features, helping them discover new content which directly affects tens of millions of customers. You will be responsible for leading Alexa Shopping's product strategy on the targeting and personalization models, from ideation to prototyping to designing and deploying to production.
You’ll need to operate with a high level of autonomy, collaborating closely with Alexa Shopping, Amazon Consumer and Alexa core teams. You’ll be both analytical, working backwards from data and customer insights to build the right technology platforms, and resourceful in finding innovative solutions to unsolved problems. As a product leader you will have a proven track record of creating a strong vision and roadmap and successfully delivering results.
As a product leader in the Alexa Shopping Customer Activity and Valuation (CAV) team, you will:
Own the vision and strategy for building Alexa Shopping machine learning and AI products for on-device targeting and personalization
Write documents that work backwards from customer and partner needs
Dive deep into customer and system data to perform analysis
Partner effectively with other leaders in product, design, engineering, science and business intelligence to influence priorities and drive alignment
Plan and deliver on a roadmap, defining new features to meet emerging customers' needs
Exhibit excellent judgment on how to prioritize between focusing features, architectural improvements and operational excellence
Lead the development of reporting, insights and operational metrics that measure customer experience quality, and turn this data into insightful recommendations for the business
Monitor project execution and ensuring that the project delivery is to the appropriate levels of quality and in line with target dates

Basic Qualifications
Experience with end to end product delivery
5+ years of experience in product or program management, product marketing, business development or technology
Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product
Bachelor's Degree
Experience contributing to engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy related to a product
Experience overseeing roadmap strategy and definition
6+ years of experience in ML & AI product or program management, product marketing, business development or technology
Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product
Experienced in building ML algorithms / applying AI solutions to consumer / business problems
Strong analytical and quantitative skills, including experience conducting data analysis using SQL
Bachelor's Degree
Experience with end-to-end product delivery
Experience contributing to engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy related to a product
Experience overseeing roadmap strategy and definition
Preferred Qualifications
Working with Machine Learning
Master's degree in business, technology, or related discipline
Experience delivering customer UX improvements / familiarity with UX design best practices
Experience in delivering tech innovation for grocery / food retail / consumer retail businesses
Experience managing complex product development cycles and highly technical solutions
Strong track record building and leading high-performing teams
