Senior Editor, Watches (Remote)

Bezel is the first technology company dedicated to high end watches, building a 100% authenticated marketplace that delivers trust at scale. We are rethinking the entire watch buying experience from browsing & transacting to tracking the market. We’re a team of collectors, enthusiasts, and technologists disrupting the $20B secondary watch market.

Bezel is looking for an exceptional editor and content creator with deep editorial experience and strong relationships in watches, fashion, streetwear, and culture who is used to working in a dynamic environment.

Editorial is at the center of Bezel’s strategy. The Senior Editor will be responsible for all Bezel editorial functions, including managing a network of in-house editors and contracted watch experts. The core mandate of the role will be establishing, defining, and executing Bezel’s complete editorial strategy. The Senior Editor will collaborate closely with other cross functional leads on the product experience and go-to-market branding.

Qualified candidates should have deep experience in editorial, content creation, and ideally deep experience in watches and/or fashion.

The role will work closely with our Head of Watch Operations and report directly to our CEO. The candidate can start remotely, but will eventually need to move to our LA office.

What You'll Do:

• Set and execute the editorial strategy and voice for the company
• Manage a team of watch editors and contract content creators
• Serve as a liaison between the company and the global watch community
• Develop a curation/editorial calendar at the intersection of culture and watches
• Work directly with the product and engineering team to implement curated experiences
• Partner with other cross functional leads to define Bezel's strategy and execute on company wide initiatives
