ACR Homes is seeking a compassionate and responsible candidate to fill our Residential Supervisor (RS) role.


As a Residential Supervisor you will have the chance to make an impact in the lives of people who have disabilities while growing your career in healthcare. The RS is responsible for managing daily operations for one of ACR's group home locations. ACR Homes owns and operates over 50 residential group homes throughout the Twin Cities. Each location is home to four individuals who have disabilities. The Residential Supervisor is either a live-in or live-out position. If you choose to live-in, you will live on site rent-free in a 2-3 bedroom live-in area of the home (estimated savings of $22,000/year). Requires 40-50 hours per week of direct care and administrative work.


Salary starting at $40,000/year. $42,000/year for third year and beyond plus longevity bonuses. The Longevity Bonus structure is as follows:

After 2 years: $10,000

After the 3rd year: $ 2,500

After the 4th year: $10,000

After the 5th year: $ 2,500

After the 6th year: $10,000

This pattern of $10,000 on even years and $2,500 on odd years will continue as you continue in the position.


ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS INCLUDE:

-Oversee residents' healthcare, safety, interests and choices

-Supervise staff

-Manage household operations Interact with residents, perform direct care

-Work effectively with supervisors and coworkers

-Work effectively with guardians and case managers

-Demonstrate leadership -Follow through with required paperwork

-Participate in training and development

-Uphold ACR's Core Values

-Present a positive attitude and professionalism

-Adhere to scheduling policies

-Carry a cell phone, manage the house mail, voice mail and Email

-Adhere to company policies and procedures -Accept other duties as assigned by a superior

-Report illegal activities

REQUIREMENTS INCLUDE:

-You must be at least 18 years old

-You must have a valid U.S. driver’s license, reliable transportation and a good driving record

-You must be able to do some lifting

-You must be able to work independently

-You must have interpersonal skills including empathy, responsibility, self-control, good judgment, and overall adjustment

-Bachelor's degree preferred
