IAGS Graphics is responsible for delivering industry-leading GPU (3D, media, compute, and display) hardware intellectual property (IP) blocks and system-on-chip (SoC) products for discrete graphics and throughput computing. We strive to lead the industry through continuous innovation and world-class engineering. We work closely with partners across Intel and do not let any organizational boundary get in the way of solving problems. We are looking for a Discrete Graphics Core Team Lead – Program Manager to join our team. Core Team Lead will be focused on our Data Center products with responsibilities for overall Program Steering, Program Strategic Discussions, top issues, risks, and executive messaging. A critical part of their role will include external facing decisions and messaging, and decisions impacting multiple programs along with customer request escalations.

In addition you will help us with the following responsibilities:
  • Plan, provide resources for and directs activities in engineering function to meet schedules, standards, and cost.
  • Cultivate and reinforce appropriate group values, norms and behaviors.
  • Identify and analyze problems, plans, tasks, and solutions.
  • Provide guidance on employee development, performance, and productivity issues.
  • Plan and schedule daily tasks, use judgement on a variety of problems requiring deviation from standard practices.

Qualifications

Minimum skills and experience that will get you notice:

Bachelor's in Electrical/ Electronics/Computer Engineering, Computer Science or related field with 15+ years of experience. Or a Master's degree with 10 + years of experience.

Your Experience Should Be In The Following
  • Technical Program Management, ideally at the platform level (SOC, Software, and/or System Product Development)
  • Data collection, management and interpretation
  • Familiarity with Product Lifecycle process
  • Technical Engineering background
  • Schedule and Risk management
  • Experience in matrixed team leadership
Preferred skills and experience that will make you stand out:
  • Prefer candidates with PMP Certification
  • Experience working with Data Center products, platforms or SOCs

Annual Salary Range for jobs which could be performed in US, Colorado:

$179,510.00-$314,070.00
