Position Description

The Office of Advanced Practice (OAP) at HUP has an exciting new opportunity for an Administrative Assistant to work with their team of 12 Advanced Practice Leaders in support their large and rapidly growing APP workforce. The AA will assist the APP Managers and Leads with clerical and administrative functions, including new hire coordination; management of calendars and scheduling; management of office and daily operations, including answering phones, ordering of supplies, processing of requests, etc.; monitoring of compliance activities; support of programs and events in collaboration leadership team; and technology support (ordering, maintenance). The AA will also work closely with OAP team members (Program Manager and Director of Data Analytics and Strategy) in support of key programs (e.g APP Fellowship program) and other operational or strategic priorities.

Minimum Requirements

H.S. Diploma/GED

3+ years administrative experience

Associates Degree or higher preferred

Excellent team work, organizational and communication (written and verbal) skills are required as is proficiency with a Excel, Power Point, Word, and Outlook.
