Job Description

Isobar is seeking an Account Executive to join our dynamic team. The Account Executive is responsible for managing and leading multiple workstreams for our clients. To be successful, Account Executive will be comfortable working in a start up like environment with ability to test, learn and optimize across marketing workstreams.

At Isobar, we expect all our Account Executives to work independently, be resourceful, excel in a fast-paced environment and have a keen eye for detail. Account Execs must produce high‐quality, client‐ready deliverables, while juggling multiple deliverables and/or projects at the same time. This role is unique in that it encompasses cross discipline marketing planning and execution including digital app development, CRM, experiential activation, creative production, branded content activations and analytics.


Digital Marketing
  • Applies basic knowledge of client business, business economics, customer insights, marketing strategy/channels and competitive analysis
  • Daily monitoring and testing of custom app, maintain bug and critical issues log; assists with Site Health checks
  • Liaison with digital production ensuring all issues are communicated and addressed real time
  • Liaison with client and creative teams for ongoing app updates; ongoing iframe content updates and ongoing vehicle asset updates
  • Analytics support, both pulling data and providing basic key insights
Experiential Production
  • Coordination of Producers for special events, creating production schedules and run of show to ensure on time and flawless execution of required content
  • Assists with filming and editing of intro and outro pieces
  • Attention to detail, knowledge of preparing event environment for show ready activation
  • Creative thinking and ideation for both internal and external big events (from engineer vehicle walk arounds to primetime broadcast integrations)
Project Management
  • Can manage multiple lanes of work at the same time, ensuring execution is flawless and within scope
  • Can communicate project details to internal teams and can help facilitate communication between multiple groups (creative, project management, studio production, studio staffing, client)
  • Develops and maintains positive working relationships with other agency partners and vendors—especially program external agencies (analytics, creative, production, studio staffing, studio fabrication)
  • Interfaces with the team to ensure all work is delivered on time and accurately
  • Can manage multiple lanes of work at the same time, ensuring execution is flawless and on-time
  • Able to manage all aspects of the brand, including briefing the Lead Account Executive, Account Manager or Account Director on key happenings and issues
  • Actively listens to clients and internal team members, asking key questions to ensure clarity
  • Coordinates internal and client reviews, and provides team with proper materials and documentation as necessary
Client Relations
  • Understands the client’s business and industry/marketplace to anticipate program needs
  • Demonstrates passion for the client's brand
  • Documents client feedback accurately issuing action-oriented call reports
  • Ensures work is client-ready by paying close attention to detail
  • Escalates issues appropriately, professionally and with good judgment
  • Writes well-conceived, client-ready decks with guidance from a lead or manager level
  • Appropriately represents the client perspective with internal teams
  • Keeps abreast of industry trends, developments, and opportunities
  • Instills confidence in clients for excellence of agency resources and output
  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • 1+ year in an advertising/agency environment in account management or a similar role; we are also open to recent graduates with a major in Communications/Advertising/Marketing
  • Experience and success delivering cross discipline integrated programs (digital, experiential, CRM, media, analytics)
  • Team player with exceptional interpersonal communication skills that motivates good thinking and encourages cooperation and enthusiasm
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline driven, high-growth environment
  • Strong strategic thinking, leadership and analytical skills required
  • Strong program/project management skills a must
  • High-level proficiency in MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook
